The sample size of 100 is selected from both regions of Peshawar such as Hayatabad and Warsakroad. Structure questionnaire is used for the collection of the data, for data analysis SPSS software is employed and a non-probability sampling method is applied. The study concludes that shortage of economic facilities, inadequate education, marriage family disputes, traditional authorities influence in each issue common public. Lack of medical services is basic causes which encourage the people to migrate to developed town and cities.
