The study examines the current trends and challenges in the real estate sector of Quetta, Pakistan, focusing on environmental issues, pollution, no registration, rising taxes, and government policies. The study examines the level of informality in the economic activities of the real estate sector. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews with key stakeholders to provide a comprehensive NVivo overview. The research concluded that the real estate sector is primarily informal.
