AB - <table><tbody><tr><td><p><strong>Semantics,</strong> “the branch of linguistics and logic concerned with meaning” is the pivotal matter of how “Usul Al Fiqh” works, in this regard, the concept of “Demand” or “Al talab” came via Complex process starting from The literal meaning of the word in Arabic With its connotations upon logical meaning And shaping in different formularizations reaching at concern terms and tools in Usul Al Fiqh and then using it to Understand the “demands” Required in Shari legal Text of “Quran and Sunnah” and finishing at deriving shariah Laws.Based on the aforementioned, The “Usuliyyon” divided the “demand” into “Al Amr” and “Al nahi” and all of them into “Mandatory and non mandatory” and they specified four forms for “Al Amr” which are: “fil ul Amr, mozari with lam ul amr, masdar which works as Amr and Al khabar which gives meaning of Amr” and one shape of Al nahi which is: ”mozari with lam Ul nahi” and they said All these forms Indicate explicitly to Demand except “Al Khaber” which its connotation on demand is implicitly.</p><p>This study raised this point and looked at the concept of “Implicit Demand” first In Arabic language and then in the method of (Usulies-الأصوليون) which can built theory in Usul Al Fiqh on (Implicit Demand).</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Semantics- Connotation- implicit demand – Usul – Holy Texts.</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p> </p>
